Front of House Server

Cruor Wine Bar is looking for a Front of House Server to be part of their team who will be responsible in providing great customer service and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Key duties include:

• Setting up and preparing the dining area before service.
• Greeting customers upon arrival and allocating tables
• Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Providing wine service and serving food and beverages.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by attending to requests and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the dining area throughout service.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine service is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Fluent in English and Maltese
