Front Office Administrator

Based in the Front Office of a well known Insurance Broker, you will be the first point of contact for anyone coming to or phoning the office

Responsibilities
Greet visitors and direct them to the correct department
Answer and screen incoming calls
Deal with any queries
Reply to emails, send out information, look after incoming and outgoing post, filing, updating records, etc.
Carry out a variety of administrative tasks including after some training working on Personal Lines Insurance Policies
Education and requirements
An O' level standard of educations
A smart appearance, a welcoming smile, good customer service skills and the desire to learn
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
