As a Front Office Agent, you’re not just checking guests in and out, you’re setting the tone for their entire stay. You’ll ensure smooth arrivals, warm welcomes and unforgettable first impressions.
📌 What You’ll Do
- Greet guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, payments and guest requests with efficiency
- Provide accurate information about the hotel, local area and guest services
- Assist with bookings, reservations and concierge duties
- Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle guest feedback with care and resolve issues quickly
- Keep front desk operations smooth, organised and upbeat at all times
💡 What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in front office, hospitality or guest services
- Strong communication skills and a welcoming attitude
- Fluency in English is a must
- Knowledge of Italian, Spanish or French would be a strong advantage
- Excellent time-management and multitasking skills
- Tech-savvy with experience in booking/reservation systems
- Team player who thrives in a high-energy environment
