Hilton Malta is looking for a talented and motivated Demi Chef de Partie to join the Pastry Kitchen team. The selected candidate will support the Pastry Chef in preparing a wide variety of desserts, maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and presentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the preparation and presentation of pastry items for various outlets and events
  • Ensures consistency and quality in every dish
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
  • Works closely with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Contributes creative ideas to menus and displays

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a professional pastry kitchen
  • Knowledge of basic pastry techniques and food safety standards
  • A passion for desserts and creative presentation
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Flexibility with shifts, including weekends and holidays
