Full-Time Receptionist with Security Duties
Care Rise is an exciting new care home opening soon in Gzira. We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Full-Time Receptionist to join our compassionate team. As the first point of contact for our residents, their families, and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment. In addition to receptionist responsibilities, you will also be entrusted with security duties during your shift. Fluency in Maltese and the ability to work flexible shifts are essential for this role.
Responsibilities
Welcome and greet residents, visitors, and staff with warmth and professionalism.
Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate individuals.
Maintain accurate records of visitors, ensuring adherence to security protocols.
Perform security duties, including monitoring surveillance systems and reporting any incidents.
Collaborate with the care home team to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as record-keeping and correspondence management.
Provide general support to residents, families, and staff as required
Education and requirements
Strong command of the Maltese language to effectively communicate with residents and their families.
Previous experience in receptionist or customer service roles is desirable.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, caring demeanor.
Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
Demonstrated reliability and integrity in fulfilling security duties.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
