We are currently looking for a General Labourers (Plaster and Painting) to join our team at db Group.

The Job

• Perform plastering, painting, and gypsum board installation.Assist other tradespeople with various tasks on-site.Use power tools and machinery safely and efficiently.Set up warning signs (e.g., cones, signposts) for vehicles and pedestrians.Report any issues with equipment or unsafe conditions to supervisors.
• Help with setting up and moving temporary structures like scaffolding.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to complete manual tasks, such as digging or stacking materials.
• Handle and transport materials such as cement and operate equipment like drills and grinders.
• Carry out tiling work or replace tiles where necessary.

Job Requirements

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, such as standing for long periods and lifting heavy loads (up to 40 kilos)
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Familiarity with power tools and machinery is an advantage
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to following safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment
• An apprenticeship or relevant specialisation is beneficial but not required
• Basic ability to read and write in English
• Applicant must be residing in Malta
