German Speaking Customer Support Officers

We are currently looking for German-speaking Support & Sales Officers to join a growing team in Malta. This is a Monday to Friday role, focused on assisting clients with existing services while identifying opportunities to support their needs as the business continues to expand.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Deliver high-quality customer support for queries related to products and services
Assist with client onboarding, including opening accounts in line with internal procedures
Build strong relationships with customers and support them with topics such as online banking, onboarding processes, and mobile applications
Maintain a strong understanding of products and services to provide accurate and helpful information
Identify opportunities to introduce additional products or services based on client needs
Manage card-related requests, including cancellations, blocking, renewals, and reissues
Process transactions and payments accurately within internal systems
Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
Support data collection activities via phone, email, and chat
Assist with invoicing tasks and payment allocation in line with company processes
Provide general administrative support as required
Work closely with internal teams and departments to ensure smooth operations
Monitor and follow up on loan repayments, ensuring correct allocation in the system
Support additional tasks and responsibilities as needed
