We are currently seeking a Group Purchasing Manager to join our team.

The Job

• Lead and coordinate all procurement activities across the Group's hotels, restaurants, retail, and entertainment concepts
• Develop and implement a unified purchasing strategy that ensures quality, value, and operational efficiency
• Establish group-wide standards for sourcing, negotiation, supplier performance, and cost control
• Identify and consolidate purchasing opportunities across departments to achieve economies of scale
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and partners
• Monitor compliance with procurement policies, contracts, and sustainability goals
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, and other departments to align purchasing with business objectives
• Manage contracts, risk, and supplier agreements across multiple business units
• Lead, mentor, and develop the purchasing team across all business areas
• Analyse market trends, pricing, and forecasts to inform purchasing decisions and budgeting
• Report to executive leadership on purchasing performance, KPIs, and strategic initiatives

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior procurement or purchasing leadership role, ideally in a multi-entity or hospitality group
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and financial acumen
• Excellent knowledge of procurement tools, ERP systems, and inventory management
• Strategic mindset with hands-on ability to deliver results in a dynamic environment
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s or relevant certifications is an asset)
