Guest Experience Executive

At Barcelo Fortina Malta we are looking for an experienced professional to join our Front Office team as a Guest Experience Executive.
In this position you are responsible to supervise function of reception during your shift and achieve highest guest satisfaction.

Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Provide a warm, professional, and personalized welcome to all guests

  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and in line with luxury standards

  • Manage reservations, room allocations, and special requests

  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively enhance their stay

  • Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, F&B, Concierge and other departments to ensure seamless service

  • Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally

  • Process payments and maintain accurate guest records

  • Maintain high standards of presentation and professionalism at the reception area

  • Stay informed about hotel events, promotions and local attractions

Educational and skill requirements
  • Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Relations, preferably in a 4 or 5 stars hotel

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in hotel management systems

  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude

  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays
