Are you passionate about hospitality, guest engagement, and delivering unforgettable experiences? We’re looking for a Guest Service Agent to join Hard Rock Hotel Malta, serving as the first point of contact and ensuring every guest enjoys a warm welcome and seamless stay.

🎯 Your Mission

As our Guest Service Agent, you’ll provide outstanding front-desk service, support guests throughout their stay, and embody the Hard Rock spirit from check-in to check-out.

📋 What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests and handle check-in and check-out procedures
• Respond to guest inquiries in person, by phone, and via email
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
• Handle reservations, room allocations, and billing in coordination with the reservations team
• Address guest requests, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with housekeeping, reservations, and other departments to ensure seamless service
• Maintain accurate guest records and front office systems

💡 What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in front office, guest services, or hospitality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Guest-focused mindset with a passion for service excellence
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
