Handyman

·         Perform general repairs, including plastering, patching holes, fixing walls, ceilings, and other surfaces.

·         Conduct minor plumbing tasks (e.g., fixing leaks, replacing faucets) and electrical repairs (e.g., changing light bulbs, installing fixtures).

·         Assist with painting, sanding, and varnishing walls, ceilings, and other surfaces.

·         Install shelves, doors, cabinets, and other minor carpentry work.

·         Inspect properties regularly and identify maintenance needs.

·         Respond to work orders and ensure all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and within a timely manner.

·         Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

·         Comply with all safety regulations and ensure work areas are clean and orderly.

·         Collaborate with other team members or external contractors when needed.

·         Maintain records of completed work and report any issues to the management team.

·         Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, or similar role.

·         Skilled in plastering, painting, minor electrical work, plumbing, and basic carpentry.

·         Ability to troubleshoot and identify solutions to maintenance issues

·         Knowledge of health and safety guidelines related to maintenance work..

·         Good command of English.
