The Marvin Gauci Group operates a portfolio of award-winning restaurants, including Caviar & Bull, Sole Seabar by Tarragon, Don Royale, and Dinner in the Sky Malta, all owned by renowned chef Marvin Gauci.
We are currently seeking a creative, talented, and experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen of one of our well-established restaurants. The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader with a hands-on approach, capable of inspiring a kitchen brigade while consistently delivering exceptional culinary standards.
