Bounce Catering Group Ltd. is looking for a Head Chef and Sous Chef to be a part of their team!
The Head Chef and Sous Chef is responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and oversee the production of good quality dishes
- Supervise and support kitchen staff, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of food
- Collaborate with management to meet operational and customer expectations
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed
Educational and skill requirements
- Proven experience in a kitchen environment
- Strong leadership and teamwork skill
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen best practices
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail
