The Head Chef and Sous Chef is responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.

Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare, and oversee the production of good quality dishes
  • Supervise and support kitchen staff, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of food
  • Collaborate with management to meet operational and customer expectations
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed
Educational and skill requirements
  • Proven experience in a kitchen environment 
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skill
  • Knowledge of food safety and kitchen best practices
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
  • Passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail
