The Legend is a local Maltese business, established in 2018. It started when two brothers had a vision to open a food establishment.

Weâre looking for a strong Head Chef to take full control of our kitchen and grow with us.
This is a hands-on leadership role â not just managing, but working in the kitchen, building the team, and pushing quality forward.
Main tasks and responsibilities
What we need:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a chef
- Strong knowledge of burgers & pizza
- Experience with menu creation
- Solid understanding of cost control & food margins
- Ability to train, lead & recruit staff
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen
Educational and skill requirements
Your role:
- Run daily kitchen operations
- Build and improve the menu
- Control food costs & reduce waste
- Train and develop the kitchen team
- Maintain high quality and consistency
