🎯 Your Mission

As our Head Concierge, you’ll orchestrate the entire guest service experience, guiding your team to deliver personalized, memorable moments while upholding Hard Rock’s iconic standards.

📌 What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the concierge team to provide exceptional service
• Manage guest requests, reservations and special experiences with precision and flair
• Build strong relationships with local partners to deliver exclusive guest benefits
• Implement service standards, SOPs and training programs for the concierge team
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and drive continuous improvement
• Embody and spread the Hard Rock culture of excellence, energy, and hospitality

💡 What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ experience in luxury or lifestyle hospitality, with supervisory experience in concierge or guest services
• Outstanding communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and craft personalized experiences
• Knowledge of hotel systems (Opera, MICROS or similar) is a plus
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus)
• Passionate, people-focused professional with a flair for hospitality and creating memorable moments 🎶
