Main tasks and responsibilities

<li>Interested applicants must have a minimum of 2 years&rsquo; experience as a mechanic, must have good knowledge of working independently on our fleet of trucks and excavators.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Speak fluent Maltese or English.</li>

RMX Limited is searching to recruit a full time Accounts Clerk and debt collector. The ideal candidate will work together with the rest of the accounting team in order to maintain a smooth running of the back office.

Main duties:
<ul>
<li>Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and monitoring accounts</li>
<li>Updating and maintaining accounting journals and ledgers.</li>
<li>Processing invoices, recording payments and chasing of debtors.</li>
<li>Liaising with the accountant for the completion of management accounts.</li>
</ul>

Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 1-year experience in the same or similar position</li>
<li>O-Level in Accounting or similar is required</li>
<li>Knowledge of SAGE Accounting software</li>
<li>Attention to detail and analytical mindset</li>

<li>Reliable, high level of integrity and work ethics</li>
<li>Responsible and positive attitude</li>
