Host / Hostess (Seasonal until October or Part Timer)

Noma Island is looking for friendly and professional Hosts/Hostesses to become the first point of contact for our guests and help deliver an exceptional experience from arrival to departure.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists.
Assign cabanas, loungers, and tables.
Check-in guests and ensure all procedures are followed.
Provide information about menus, facilities, and events.
Coordinate with food and beverage teams to ensure smooth service.
Maintain a clean and organised host station.

Educational and skill requirements

Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or similar roles.
Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are considered an asset.
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Candidates must currently be residing in Malta and available for immediate start.

✔ Must be available to work from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM on scheduled shifts.
✔ Must be willing to work approximately 50 hours per week.
✔ Must be available to work Monday to Sunday, including weekends and public holidays.
✔ Must currently reside in Malta and be available for an immediate start.
