Hostess

· Ensuring that the service is at all times performed in a professional manner and to the standards as specified by the company.

· Being fully conversant with every drink, cocktail, mocktails and spirits served in the Bar and every dish served in the restaurant and to provide explanations as requested.

· To make sure that Company Policy, the Vision Statement, and Departmental Objectives are followed and utilized at all times.

· To welcome guests in the Bar.

· Informing customers about new food, beverages and specials.

· Obtaining feedback from guests and to use this to improve service and to pass on such information to the General Manager.
