Archimed Group is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Hotel Operations Manager to join their team.

A Hotel Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the boutique hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient workflow, and smooth coordination across all departments. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on management to uphold the hotel’s brand, quality standards, and profitability.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services.
Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently delivered. Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Lead, train, and motivate departmental managers and staff. Ensure proper scheduling, staffing levels, and professional development across departments.
Liaise with suppliers and third-party service providers to ensure timely and quality delivery of goods and services.
Develop, implement, and regularly review SOPs to maintain consistency, efficiency, and service quality.
Maintain the hotel’s unique boutique identity by ensuring attention to design, ambiance, and personalized guest touches.

Educational and skill requirements

Experience in hotel operations or hospitality management in a boutique or luxury setting is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Exceptional problem-solving and guest service skills.
Flexible, hands-on, and able to adapt to changing environments and guest needs.
