Housekeeping Supervisor

• Supervise and support the housekeeping team on a daily basis

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure 5★ standards are met

• Coordinate room status with Front Office and Maintenance

• Train and guide team members to maintain consistency and quality

• Ensure cleaning schedules, hygiene, and safety procedures are followed

Room Attendant

• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards

• Change linens, replenish amenities, and ensure guest comfort

• Report maintenance issues or lost & found items promptly

• Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas and equipment

• Deliver friendly and respectful service to all guests

Public Area Cleaner

• Maintain cleanliness of hotel public areas (lobbies, corridors, restrooms, staff areas)

• Ensure hygiene and safety standards are consistently followed

• Support the housekeeping team as required during busy periods

• Handle cleaning equipment and materials responsibly

Experience

• Supervisory experience required for Housekeeping Supervisor role

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred (especially in 4★ or 5★ hotels)

Language

• Good level of English required

• Additional European languages are an advantage

• Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
