As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will lead daily housekeeping operations, ensuring every guest room and public area meets the iconic Hard Rock standards of cleanliness and comfort. You’ll coordinate the team, inspect quality and make sure everything runs smoothly for an unforgettable guest experience.

• Supervise and support housekeeping staff during shifts
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to maintain exceptional cleanliness
• Assign daily tasks and ensure timely completion
• Train and coach team members to elevate service standards
• Report maintenance or operational issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Respond swiftly to guest requests and concerns
• Manage housekeeping inventories and supplies

• Proven experience in housekeeping or supervisory roles, preferably in hospitality
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Keen eye for detail and excellent organizational abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Fluent English speaker
