📌 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Keep personnel records organized, updated and secure
  • Maintain internal HR databases like a pro
  • Be the go-to person for HR-related employee queries
  • Coordinate calendars, interviews and HR events
  • Assist recruiters with job postings and CV tracking

💼 What You Bring to the Table

  • Previous experience in an HR admin or support role
  • A solid grip on MS Office (especially Excel & Word)
  • Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability
  • Great communication skills, written, spoken and in-person
  • Fluent in English and Maltese
