HR Administrator

To assume responsibility for generalist human resource duties with a focus on the talent attraction and retention process to ensure an adequate flow of people particularly at retail operational level.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Administrative duties such as employee personal filing and data management.
  • Interview, assess and present quality candidates to hiring manager.
  • Create and maintain updated employee information in the payroll system and other  HR IT related applications in a timely fashion.
  • Shortlist and conduct assessment of candidates through interviews and other processes as required.
  • Participate and assist in HR projects and initiatives.
  • Conducting onboardings.
  • Handle the processing of Identita' / Jobsplus work applications (new and renewals).
  • Keep abreast with employment law regulations and other related topics whilst ensuring full compliance in Company’s practices and procedures.
  • Handle the processing of Identita' / Jobsplus work applications (new and renewals).
  • Generate HR reports and analytics.
  • Cross-functional HR support according to business exigencies.
  • Other duties as assigned from time to time.
Educational and skill requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • IT literate particularly with Microsoft Office applications
  •  Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with others
  •  Maintain confidentiality of data
