HR Administrator
To assume responsibility for generalist human resource duties with a focus on the talent attraction and retention process to ensure an adequate flow of people particularly at retail operational level.
Main tasks and responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Administrative duties such as employee personal filing and data management.
- Interview, assess and present quality candidates to hiring manager.
- Create and maintain updated employee information in the payroll system and other HR IT related applications in a timely fashion.
- Shortlist and conduct assessment of candidates through interviews and other processes as required.
- Participate and assist in HR projects and initiatives.
- Conducting onboardings.
- Handle the processing of Identita' / Jobsplus work applications (new and renewals).
- Keep abreast with employment law regulations and other related topics whilst ensuring full compliance in Company’s practices and procedures.

- Generate HR reports and analytics.
- Cross-functional HR support according to business exigencies.
- Other duties as assigned from time to time.
Educational and skill requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- IT literate particularly with Microsoft Office applications
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with others
- Maintain confidentiality of data
