HR Clerk

We are currently seeking to recruit a Full-Time Clerk on definite basis (maternity cover) for 1 year to join our passionate Human Resources Department. Our office is based in Santa Venera.

The selected candidate will primarily be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Human Resources function across a wide range of daily tasks. The role requires an individual who can work both independently and collaboratively, while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality and alignment with the Company’s values and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be involved in the full employee cycle, from pre-engagement to post-termination
• Maintaining accurate employee records and filing systems
• Assisting with general HR administration and employee documentation
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and work permit processes
• Coordinating meetings, appointments, and internal communication
• Providing day-to-day support to the HR team as required

The ideal candidate should have:

• Can-do attitude, great communication skills and attention to detail
• Diligent in the work they carry out
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Valid residency permit in Malta
