We are currently looking for a Human Resources Executive to join our expanding team.
This individual will work closely with the Human Resources & Payroll department to support our continued growth and success.

The Job

The chosen candidate will be reporting to the Group HR Director and will be assisting her in the day-to-day work.

Apart from the day-to-day work, you will be responsible for:

• Posting of Job Adverts.
• Screening of applications.
• Scheduling of interviews.
• Preparation of interview screening packs.
• Preparation of work permit applications for third-country nationals and refugees and administering single permit renewals.
• Other HR related tasks.

About You

This post calls for a mature, self-motivated, and meticulous individual with an eye for detail. S/he will be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines and must have good analytical skills.

You must have good interpersonal skills and problem-solving.

Job Requirements

• HR Certification.
• Previous experience in HR.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Good verbal and written communications skills in English and Maltese.
