HR & Payroll Executive
As an HR and Payroll Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of payroll processing, maintaining HR information systems, and handling HR administrative tasks. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in payroll management and HR functions.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Process and manage payroll for all employees, including salary, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
- Review and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure that all employee data is accurately entered into the payroll system.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including employee information, tax forms, and other related documents.
- Prepare payroll reports, such as tax reports, wage statements, and other related documents.
- Implement the payroll solution and maintain knowledge of current statutory legislation.
- Manage and maintain the HRIS system, ensuring all employee data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Support the implementation of HRIS software updates and improvements.
- Generate HR reports and assist in data analysis for decision-making
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Draft employment agreements, addendums, letters of employment confirmation, etc.
- Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
Educational and skill requirements
- 3+ years of experience in payroll processing and HR functions.
- Proficiency in working with HRIS software and a solid grasp of HR processes.
- A comprehensive understanding of payroll laws, regulations, and tax compliance.
- Exceptional organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and great time management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
