An internal/External vacancy has arisen for the position of Human Resources Administrator at Hilton Malta.
The Human Resources Administrator plays a key role in supporting the smooth running of the HR function. The position involves managing and coordinating all administrative processes related to the employee life cycle, including recruitment and selection, onboarding, training and development, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding.
The selected candidate will provide consistent support across various HR areas, including but not limited to:
• Managing day-to-day HR administration, employee records, and documentation in line with data protection requirements.
• Supporting the full recruitment process — from job postings and interview scheduling to reference checks and onboarding logistics.
• Maintaining and updating HR systems and digital records, ensuring data accuracy and reporting integrity.
• Assisting with Learning & Development administration, including scheduling training sessions, maintaining training records, tracking compliance and attendance, and supporting internal communication of learning opportunities.
• Coordinating employee engagement initiatives and internal communication campaigns to enhance employer branding.
• Managing processes related to work permits, medicals, sick leave, and probation reviews.
• Supporting HR projects, audits, and reporting as needed.
• Acting as a first point of contact for team members, offering guidance and assistance in a friendly and professional manner.
We are seeking a motivated individual who has a keen interest in Human Resources and wishes to develop a career in this field. Previous experience in an administrative or HR-related role and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR information systems are considered an asset. An HR-related qualification will be viewed favourably.
