IT Systems Support Specialist.
Mizzi Motors Limited is one of the leading companies within the local automotive industry and importer of top automotive brands.
We are currently seeking to recruit a full time IT Systems Support Specialist. You will be responsible for the efficient and effective functioning of the systems within the automotive companies and will be responsible for projects relating to the system. You will need to closely liaise with both local and foreign 3rd party suppliers.
Monitor and maintain ICT equipment.
Identify, research, and resolve technical computer related problems.
Take care of the On-boarding and off-boarding of computer users.
Liaise with 3rd party providers and vendors when required.
Familiarise yourself with the core IT Systems at Mizzi Motors (Dealer Management System - DMS) as well as any other Company applications to be able to provide guidance and assistance to the Company’s users.
Monitor and maintain the DMS and other Company applications to ensure smooth and efficient daily running.
Assist in the planning, design, documentation, and implementation of modules and user software applications relating to the DMS.
Act as liaison between the software provider, management and end users, for any issues pertaining to the DMS.
Provide higher level support to end users when implementing changes, and or experiencing issues in the use of the system.
Assist with the reporting function for the DMS.
Establish and maintain regular contact with the IT Department of each Franchise to obtain information and assistance on any issues related to their DMS.
Become familiar with Franchise software & portals.
Update and create relevant IT support documentation.
Fluid in verbal and written communications skills in English and Maltese
Proactive, self-motivated and capable of working on own initiative while forming an important part of a team environment
Able and willing to learn and understand the different modules of a system and become familiar with how they work together in an IT environment
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Multi-task while adhering to deadlines
A minimum of three (3) years working experience in a field of software support and administration or similar
Whilst training on the Dealer Management System and other core systems will be provided, previous experience working in Autoline DMS and/or EMACS will be considered as an asset
Ability to create clear user and technical documentation
Be in possession of a valid driving license
Specialized Training Locally or Abroad
