Summary:
The Junior Quality and Compliance role supports the development, maintenance, and monitoring of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) systems. Responsibilities include coordinating audits, maintaining compliance documentation, managing permits, and supporting continuous improvement across company operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining QHSE management systems and updating related documentation.
• Support compliance checks, internal audits, and permit/licence administration.
• Help prepare audit materials, follow up on findings, and participate in risk assessments.
• Assist with compiling QHSE reports and coordinating training or awareness activities.
• Support insurance-related documentation and claims handling.
• Help manage gate passes, coordinate safety drills, and support incident investigations.
• Maintain accurate records of QHSE documents, permits, audits, and certifications.
• Prepare draft reports, summaries, and updates for QHSE meetings.

Requirements:

• A-level education; insurance-related qualifications are an asset.
• Basic understanding of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
• Experience or an internship in quality, compliance, or HSE is an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and good communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work independently with integrity and confidentiality.
