Junior Recruiter (Maltese Speaking)
Centrecom is currently looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our growing team and help us build a top-performing call centre team!

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in both Maltese & English as well as a strong ability to connect with potential candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
This role is based on an indefinite contract, it is neither temporary nor for the Summer.

Main tasks and responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the organization.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards.
- Collaborate with Section Leaders to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare new Employee files and any other onboarding documentation.
- Any other tasks as delegated by Management.
Educational and skill requirements
- Fluency in Maltese and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in recruitment will be considered an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Tools (such as Word & Excel)
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for connecting talent with opportunities.
