Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Sous Chef to join our culinary team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious chef looking to grow within a luxury hotel setting. You will assist the Executive and Senior Sous Chefs in delivering high-quality dishes across our restaurants and outlets, ensuring consistency, creativity, and efficiency.

Support the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations.

Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standard.

Maintain food hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times.

Supervise and train junior kitchen staff as required.

Assist in menu development and contribute fresh ideas.

Ensure efficient stock management and cost control.

Culinary qualification or equivalent experience.

1–3 years’ experience in a professional kitchen.

Passion for quality, teamwork, and innovation.

Fluent in English; Maltese is a plus.
