We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Junior Therapist/Receptionist to join our vibrant spa team at db Seabank Resort & Spa. This dual-role position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in both spa therapy and client service within a luxurious environment.

The Job

As a Junior Therapist/Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional spa experiences to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing a range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body treatments (under supervision and following training).
• Ensuring treatment rooms are clean, organized, and prepared for each client.
• Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and professionalism.
• Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm and friendly demeanour.
• Managing appointment bookings and scheduling.
• Handling phone calls and inquiries.
• Processing payments and managing the point-of-sale system.
• Providing information about spa treatments and products.
• Maintaining a clean and organised reception area.
• Assisting senior therapists as needed.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in beauty therapy or a related field (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3, CIBTAC, CIDESCO).
• A passion for the spa and wellness industry.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills.
