Kids Club Team

At Hard Rock Hotel Malta, the Kids Club is a place where energy, creativity, and care come together to create memorable experiences for our youngest guests. The team plays a key role in delivering safe, engaging, and age-appropriate activities within a lively, high-volume hotel environment.

We are currently recruiting team members to support daily Kids Club operations at the hotel.

This vacancy includes opportunities for the following roles:

• Kids Club Manager
• Kids Club Supervisor
• Kids Club Attendant

Role allocation will be based on experience, qualifications, and operational requirements.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience working with children in a hotel, childcare, education, or recreational environment (preferred)
• A valid licence or clearance to work with children, including any Maltese regulatory requirements for safeguarding minors
• A recent Police Conduct / Certificate of Conduct demonstrating good character and suitability to work with children
• Relevant childcare qualifications, paediatric first aid certification, or other recognised training (where applicable)
• Awareness of child safeguarding, health and safety, and hygiene standards
• The ability to work confidently in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
• A team-oriented, reliable, and professional attitude
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
