Laundry Supervisor

We’re looking for a hands-on Laundry Supervisor to lead a small team consisting of 3–4 employees, keeping our laundry operations running smoothly while staying hands-on and involved in the work.

What You’ll Do, with the help of your team:

• Lead a small laundry team while actively participating in daily tasks.

• Tackle stains, manage workflows, and ensure every item meets high-quality standards.

• Keep the department organized, safe, and running efficiently.

• Delegate tasks, motivate, and report to management on operations.

• Place the weekly orders from our suppliers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership skills and the ability to perform under pressure.

• Hands-on, energetic, and reliable.

• Must be currently living in Malta.

• Direct experience working in a launderette environment will be considered an asset.
