The warehouse maintenance person will be responsible for a multitude of maintenance duties related to FBSM's premises as well as a fleet of vans and vehicles and other warehouse equipment. The selected candidate will be joining the maintenance department.

 - Understand importance of safety on the job.

 - Previous experience, especially with the FMCG industry considered as an asset.

Maintenance Person

The ideal candidate would be a motivated candidate who is passionate about the FMCG Industry. You shall be responsible for leading the team in developing &amp; executing trade strategies and build programs within the portfolio of brands you manage in order to increase company sales and maximize profitability through efficient investments within these brands.

You shall be responsible for leading the team in developing &amp; executing trade strategies and build programs within the portfolio of brands you manage in order to increase company sales and maximize profitability through efficient investments within these brands.

Responsibilities


 - You are to Develop and maintain strong relationships with all suppliers. 

 - Manage the Advertising &amp; Promotions budgets. 

 - Organize and work through the forecasting process of each assigned brand. 

 - Conducts frequent field visits and communicate observations to the Sales Managers

 - Ensures that the Sales team is provided with all the necessary brand knowledge, 

 - Develop Brands 


Qualifications


 - BA Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or similar 

 - Experience in the same field is a plus

 - Excellent Command of English Language

 - Computer Skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

 - Personal Competencies: Product Knowledge - Presentation Skills - Negotiation Skills Interpersonal Managerial Skills
