Maintenance Technician

Mediterranean Staff Consultancy Limited is currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Maintenance Technician to work with them on a full-time basis.

A Maintenance Technician is responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining equipment, facilities, and building systems to ensure smooth and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, and mechanical issues
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders in a timely manner
• Install, replace, or repair fixtures, appliances, and other building components
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field is advantage
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair work
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various environments
