The selected individual will be responsible for leading the administration of Human Resources policies, programs and initiatives. This position provides front-line support in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, training, and internal/external communications with both employees and contractors.

Responsible for the administration and interpretation of HR policies and programs.

Update and maintain various HR reports and employee information for payroll, benefits and employee files.

Identify process improvement opportunities and policy gaps through trend analysis.

Handle EU and third country employment.
</li>
<li>
Ensure that tasks, assignments and other assigned duties are kept confidential.
</li>

Collaborate on and follow company policies, practices and procedures to maintain internal controls.

Job Requirements

Possess good verbal and written communication skills in Maltese.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle situations which require understanding, responsiveness and maturity.
