Marketing Assistant

• Manage and update brand websites — pricing, offers, model information, and news content

• Prepare regular brand performance and marketing activity reports for the Marketing Manager and brand principals

• Support the planning, scheduling, and administration of digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including media bookings and budget tracking

• Track marketing budgets, invoices, and purchase orders, keeping departmental records accurate and up to date

• Coordinate with brand principals on reporting templates, compliance requirements, and marketing fund claims

• Monitor website and digital performance metrics, flagging notable trends

• Provide general administrative support to the marketing team: scheduling, supplier correspondence, documentation

• Maintain organised filing of contracts, reports, and marketing assets

• Upload and manage digital content across the website and other platforms

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

• Strong administrative and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail

• Confident working in Excel and preparing structured reports

• Experience with website content management systems (e.g. WordPress) is highly desirable

• Exposure to planning or coordinating marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels

• Comfortable working with data and numbers

• Strong written communication skills

• Able to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities

• Fluent English; Maltese an asset
