

Marketing & Business Development Manager

What You'll Do
Marketing Strategy & Brand Leadership

Architect and own a multi-channel marketing strategy (digital, brand, performance).

Position FastDrop as the premium, tech-first delivery partner for tomorrow’s e-commerce leaders.

Lead customer acquisition campaigns targeting marketplaces, retailers, and cross-border couriers.
Business Development & Partnerships

Close high-value B2B partnerships with international shippers, e-commerce platforms (TEMU, Shein), and global logistics players.

Own commercial proposals and negotiations — turning infrastructure (e.g., robotics, sorting systems) into revenue streams.

Collaborate with the MD on monetizing our tech and operational assets.
Growth Hacking & Customer Segmentation

Build a segmentation model to serve different delivery personas (scheduled, on-demand, B2B).

Launch data-driven campaigns with clear CAC, LTV, and ROI metrics.

Build and optimize lead-gen funnels, lifecycle marketing, and CRM-powered engagement.
External Comms, PR & Stakeholder Engagement

Be a public voice for FastDrop — media, partners, and investors included.

Own board-level growth reporting, marketing KPIs, and investor updates.
Job Requirements
What You Bring
Experience
-
7+ years in senior marketing, business development, or growth roles — ideally in logistics, SaaS, e-commerce, or marketplaces.

Proven success scaling early-stage or VC-backed companies.

Closed six-figure B2B deals and driven €MM in new revenue.
Skills

End-to-end marketing leadership: from digital campaigns to brand architecture.

Strategic thinking under uncertainty — you know how to build a GTM strategy with €50k and 2 people.

Tools: HubSpot (or similar), LinkedIn Outreach, SEM, CRM, funnel optimization.
Mindset
