

Marketing Executive
The Marketing Executive is involved in developing marketing campaigns to promote our brands and products. It is a varied role that is challenging, inspiring and fast-paced which involves supporting the General Manager and the team in planning, advertising, public relations, event organisation, product development, distribution, sponsorship and research.
- Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations
- Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships
- Issuing POs for all marketing activities
- Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press - local, regional, national and specialist publications - or on the radio, depending on the organization and the campaign
- Ordering Group stationery such as boxes, bags and ribbon
- Managing the inventory of media related timetables such as billboards, magazine, newspapers and digital as well as collecting proofs and statistics for adverts
- Update the social media platforms
- Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs
- Writing and proofreading copy
- Liaising with designers and printers
- Organizing and attending photo shoots when necessary
- Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials
- Maintaining and updating customer databases
- Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
- Sourcing and securing sponsorship
- Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies
- Involvement in managing budgets
- Evaluating marketing campaigns
- Monitoring competitor activityOther duties as assigned by the manager in line with business exigencies and continuity
The Candidate Should Ideally Have
- 2 years’ experience in a dynamic Marketing environment coupled with specific industry knowledge
- Knowledge in Marketing, Branding and Copywriting
- A degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications, Business/Management, or Psychology
