Marketing Executive (Full Time)

We are currently looking for a Full-Time Marketing Executive to join our Warehouse team.

What You’ll Do

The selected candidate will be collaborating with the Marketing team, contributing to various brand-related marketing activities and campaign strategies under the supervision of the Head of Marketing and will also be performing the following main duties amongst others:

• Implementation of marketing plans of different brands – ensuring that KPIs are being met together with the Head of Marketing;
• Content creation, content script and content execution – executing digital adverts and managing the company's digital platforms, such as websites and other social media networks.
• Social Influencers and Instagram Accounts – handling the management of the Instagram accounts together with the management of social influencers.
• Google Ads – running any Google and PPC adverts for certain campaigns. One of the main goals would be to increase traffic to the company’s online shops.
• Brand photoshoots and videos - coordinating brand photoshoots and videos for campaigns together with the Head of Marketing.
• Events – participating in the company’s Marketing events.
• E-mail Marketing – coordinating e-mail marketing related to different brands.
• Management of databases – ensuring that all Brand databases are kept up to date.
• Budgets – responsible for the budgeting related to different brands and ensuring that campaigns run within the allocated budgets.
• Research – Accountable for budgeting across various brands, ensuring campaigns operate within designated financial limit.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

• Possesses 3 to 5 years’ experience working in a Marketing Department and ideally holds a related Bachelor’s degree;
• Is creative and passionate about marketing and also familiar with the company’s products and services;
• Is a strong charismatic and energetic individual with a positive character, drive and enthusiasm;
• Has experience in SEO, PPC, E-mail marketing and Analytics and possess photography skills;
• Is a problem solver and able to handle pressure;
• Is assertive yet diplomatic;
• Is innovative and well organized;
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Is able to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team;
• Is motivated to reach Company’s targets in relation to marketing;
• Shows flexibility in working overtime hours

A strong understanding of the FMCG industry will be considered as an asset.
