Industrial Motors became the sole distributors of Suzuki and Mitsubishi in the 1960’s. In 2008 Industrial Motors became the official Renault Trucks importer.

As a Motorcycle Mechanic, you will be responsible to diagnose any mechanical faults, to carry out servicing and repairs of motorcycles in an efficient and effective manner and to ensure high level of customer satisfaction

Prior experience working in an automotive set-up

Responsibilities

Examine the motorcycles for service and repair, identify any faults and determine the cause and the type of repair and parts required for the vehicle.

Ensure that all repairs and services are done within the stipulated time schedule and in accordance with the job card specifications.

Report on the general condition of motorcycles with emphasis on the customer safety and any current or possible future faults and servicing requirements noticed.

Keep updated on franchise standards, new models, manufacturer’s technical specifications and new vehicle technology.

Keep the work area clean and tidy, ensure that the overall cleanliness of the workshop to promote and maintain a safe working environment.

Ensure customer satisfaction in the service and repair of motorcycles of all types
