OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR / CLERK

We are looking for an outgoing individual who will perform administrative tasks as well as making and answering calls to potential customers to promote our products and business. This person must work well in a team and be ready to learn, as a deep understanding of our offerings will be essential.

The role requires strong communication skills in both MALTESE and ENGLISH. Good knowledge of MS office is a must.

Previous experience is preferred.

Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Answering and making phone calls related to the businesss - taking orders and calling regarding collection of payments.
  • clerical jobs from time to time, such as filing.
  • issuing invoices on our CRM system
Educational and skill requirements
  • O levels or tertiary education is preferred but not necessary.
  • great language skills in both Maltese and English, verbal.
  • The ability to use a computer well (Email, spreadsheets etc) is a must.
