Office Automation Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Office Automation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting office automation systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Install and configure office automation systems and equipment including MFP’s, printers, scanners, software solutions etc.
  • Perform regular maintenance, servicing, and updates to ensure optimal performance of assigned product in Malta & Gozo.
  • Installation, preventative maintenance, repair, and connectivity/networking adjacencies.
  • Assembles, adjusts, maintains products to specs, and or relevant documentation/instruction
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
Educational and skill requirements
  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of office automation systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English/Maltese
  • Candidate needs to have a valid driving license.
