Office Clerk/Administrator

Ventur Auto Imports is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Clerk/Administrator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will assist with daily office administration, basic accounting tasks, and client communication. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a busy office environment.

Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Carry out general office administrative duties.
  • Updating of accounting records
  • Replying to audit queirs
  • Answer telephone calls and manage email correspondences.
  • Support the team with general office coordination.
Educational and skill requirements
  • Basic computer skills (email, office software, and data entry).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Previous office experience will be considered an asset.

Working hours:

  • 3 days – 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • 2 days – 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
