Office Clerk (Full-Time)
We are looking for a full time Office Clerk to join our team!
Main tasks and responsibilities
Main duties include (but not only):
- Daily processing of phone calls and emails.
- Scheduling of appointments and follow-ups.
- Assisting the accounts department with daily entries
- Communication with field technicians.
- Processing of customer paperwork and offers.
Educational and skill requirements
- Past experience in office duties
- Fluent use of basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office
- Fluent in both Maltese and English.

- Salary is negotiable depending on experience in the same role and also on the language skills in both Maltese and English.
