Operations Executive

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Ship Agency team as an Operations Executive.

The main duties include:

• Preparation of all necessary documentation for the relevant clearance of vessels with local authorities.
• Boarding on vessels in port as & when required.
• Handling of all requests by clients &/or vessel's principals.
• Monitor operations & updating principals with operational reports.
• Coordination with all relevant parties for a smooth & efficient service.
• Handle back office documentation work.
  
  

The ideal candidate is required to:

• Be fluent in both spoken and written English & Maltese.
• Have a good standard of education (MQF 4) or equivalent.
• Be computer literate & proficient in basic Microsoft office applications.
• Prepared to work long hours, weekends and public holidays (on roster basis).
