Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced, highly organised and proactive Operations Manager to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for coordinating and overseeing our day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency across purchasing, logistics, deliveries and warehouse coordination.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✅ Oversee daily operations and workflow
✅ Manage delivery schedules and coordinate drivers
✅ Oversee purchasing, stock replenishment and supplier follow-ups
✅ Coordinate warehouse operations and order fulfilment
✅ Manage returns, discrepancies and operational issues
✅ Improve internal processes and operational efficiency
✅ Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
