<li>To perform routine visits and / or other service calls as the need arises and to check that the system is working according to the standards.</li>
<li>In the event, that while visiting the outlet it is determined that the required standards are not being reached due to minor technical faults, settings etc. the required intervention should be done to rectify the situation.</li>
<li>Replacing and adjusting parts according to the requirements in dispense units as instructed.</li>
<li>Assist in the collection of information, by recording clearly and exactly, any information on the various report sheets that the Dispense department has or as instructed by the superiors.</li>
