The Role:
You’ll play a key role in providing seamless customer service and supporting our Danish-speaking customers through a range of queries. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a target-driven setting and values quality customer interaction.
Responsibilities:
- Work towards daily KPIs and performance targets
- Make outbound calls to existing customers to build strong connections and provide tailored support
- Communicate confidently via phone, chat, and email in Danish
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions or follow-up support
- Collaborate effectively with your team while managing your tasks independently
Requirements:
- Fluency in Danish (spoken and written)
- Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset
- Experience in customer service (face-to-face, online, or phone-based)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- iGaming experience is a plus
